Reconnect with your energy and return to your center

The Energy Balance session is a space for deep listening to the body and the energy field..
Each encounter is unique and is built from what manifests itself at that moment., respecting the rhythm and uniqueness of each body.

The work is articulated through three reading levels, that intertwine during the session:

Body reading

Through contact and observation of the body, tensions appear, mobility restrictions or areas that require attention.
The body offers valuable information, also on an emotional level, about what is being held or contained.

Reading the energy meridians

I explore the flow of energy in the meridians to identify imbalances, blockages or excesses, and accompany its harmonization.

Chakra reading

I observe the state of the energy centers and their relationship with the body and life experience, facilitating an internal reorganization.

During a session all three readings can be opened, only two or one, depending on how the body and energy are available at that moment.
There is no fixed scheme: The process adapts to what is possible and necessary to accompany each meeting.

Throughout the session I use different resources and techniques -meditative, vibrational, aromatherapy or other harmonization systems—always at the service of restore balance and facilitate return to your own axis.
